Caleb is in high demand as a music director, conductor, and adjudicator. He has music directed over a dozen productions at theatres such as Ogden Musical Theatre, Centerpoint Legacy Theatre, Backstage Performing Arts, On Pitch Performing Arts, and the NEXT Ensemble. He also served as a director for the Vocal Motion Show Choir, often asked to arrange music specifically for the group. Caleb was also the choir director for the First Presbyterian Church of Ogden for three years where he directed multiple choirs/small groups, a bell choir, and performed frequently as a solo pianist and vocalist.

"As a conductor Caleb is truly exceptional, operating not only with the highest technical skill, but always with great expression and creativity. He is already at the very advanced level of conducting that is technically so solid that he can listen and evaluate accurately what he is hearing, develop quick solutions which he then can implement efficiently and effectively."
-Dr. Mark Henderson
Director of Choral Studies Weber State University
"Caleb is pleasant to work with and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure everyone involved with the project is comfortable and able to perform to the best of their ability. He is assertive, but not overbearing. He gives appropriate feedback and understands the demands of the actor. He makes adjustments where necessary, but does not tolerate laziness. He pushes people to do their best. He holds others to the same standards he expects of himself."
-Maurie Tarbox
Artistic Director
Ogden Musical Theatre
"Caleb has been one of the most effective directors we’ve had in our church’s long history of choral and instrumental music. He has a gift for guiding and teaching all levels of participants, from the experienced to first time choir member, in a way that is welcoming, instructive, and inclusive. We asked Caleb to engage in many different tasks, especially during COVID, which required Caleb to access a number of different skill sets from solo performance to duets, videography to sound production, small ensemble directing to leading a 15 person bell choir. The greatest compliment I can give is that every member of the congregation who worked with Caleb walked away from the encounter more equipped musically, built up in their confidence, and having had a positive, encouraging experience."
-Pastor Jon Draskovic
First Presbyterian Church of Ogden
"As the director of the vocal and bell choirs at First Presbyterian Church in Ogden, Utah, Caleb has encouraged and supported novice musicians with his patience and kindness, while challenging more experienced ones with his deep love and knowledge of music. He has enhanced our worship with his vocal and piano solos. The congregation cherish him, as a musician and as a friend."
